You’ll learn how to observe, map, and improve real-life situations step by step. No design background required, just curiosity and an interest in making everyday experiences better.

Özgür is the Senior Experience Lead for Ambient Experience at Philips MRI. With 20 years in design, he blends physical, digital, spatial, and game design to craft seamless healthcare experiences.
